Abstract

In the context of rising energy costs and global environmental concerns, improving energy
efficiency has become a critical focus for industrial sectors. Waste heat recovery (WHR) systems
present a promising method for reducing energy consumption by capturing and reusing excess
heat from industrial processes. This paper presents a novel approach to waste heat recovery
systems, emphasizing innovative technologies and strategies that enhance energy efficiency. The
integration of advanced heat exchangers, thermoelectric materials, and hybrid systems are
explored, alongside the potential environmental and economic benefits of these technologies. A
comprehensive review of recent research, combined with case studies, illustrates the significant
improvements in energy savings, reduced emissions, and increased industrial productivity
achieved through optimized waste heat recovery solutions.
